3. Quotes and Payments

All quotes provided are valid for 14 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Quotes are based on the information provided by the client at the time of the request. Any changes to the project scope may result in a revised quote.
3.2 Payment Terms
Payment terms are communicated before any work begins. Depending on the project, we may require:
- Full payment upfront for smaller projects
- A deposit (typically 50%) before starting, with the balance due upon completion for larger projects
Payments are processed through the method agreed upon in the quote or invoice. We do not store payment card information.
3.3 Non-Payment
If payment is not received by the agreed due date, we reserve the right to pause work, withhold deliverables, and suspend access to any assets created until payment is made.
4. Project Timeline and Delivery
4.1 Estimated Timelines
Estimated delivery timelines are provided in the project proposal. Typical turnaround times are 3 to 7 business days for standard projects, depending on complexity and content readiness. These are estimates and not guaranteed deadlines unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
4.2 Delays
Project timelines may be extended due to:
- Late delivery of required content or assets from the client
- Scope changes or additional requests during the project
- Unforeseen technical issues
- Delays in client feedback or approval
5. Revisions
Each package includes a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in the project proposal or package description. Additional revisions beyond the included scope may incur extra charges at our standard rates.
Revision requests should be consolidated and submitted in a clear, organized manner to ensure efficient processing. Major changes to the project scope may require a new quote.
6. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and timely information and content required for the project
- Provide feedback and approvals within reasonable timeframes
- Provide access to any third-party accounts or platforms needed to complete the work
- Ensure you have the legal right to use any content, images, logos, or materials you provide to us
- Communicate clearly and respond promptly to project-related inquiries
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Deliverables
Upon full payment, the client receives full ownership of the final deliverables (website files, design assets) created specifically for their project. We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7.2 Third-Party Assets
Our work may incorporate third-party tools, frameworks, fonts, or libraries that are subject to their own licenses. These are not owned by us or the client and must be used in accordance with their respective licenses.
7.3 Pre-Existing Materials
Any design concepts, code libraries, or tools we developed prior to and independent of your project remain our intellectual property. We grant you a license to use them as part of your deliverables, but we retain full ownership.
8. Website Content and Third-Party Services
If your website includes third-party services (e.g., hosting, domain registration, analytics, WhatsApp integration), you are responsible for:
- Paying any associated fees for those services
- Complying with the terms of service of those providers
- Maintaining your accounts and access credentials
We may assist with setup of these services but are not responsible for their ongoing operation, uptime, or policy changes.
9. Limitation of Liability
Matheen Onlineprovides its services on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We make no warranties regarding the uninterrupted or error-free operation of websites or tools we create
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services
- We do not guarantee specific business results, including but not limited to increased sales, inquiries, or search engine rankings
- Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim
10. Termination
Either party may terminate a project agreement at any time by written notice. In the event of termination:
- The client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the date of termination
- Any deliverables completed and paid for will be provided to the client
- We reserve the right to terminate a project if the client violates these Terms or engages in inappropriate conduct
11. Communications
By engaging our services or submitting a contact form, you consent to receive communications from us via email or WhatsApp regarding your project, inquiries, and related matters. We will not use your contact information for unrelated marketing without your consent.
12. Online Tools Disclaimer
The free online tools provided on our website (e.g., word counter, case converter, QR code generator) are offered as-is for convenience. These tools process data locally in your browser whenever possible. We make no guarantees regarding accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
13. Governing Law
